What is it?
The IFT Academy Learning Programme is an accredited annual modular training programme designed to develop the next generation of leaders in the turnaround, transformation and restructuring community and gives a structured grounding and insight into organisational turnaround and transformation.
Who is it for?
The programme is open to all professionals who are working at director or senior manager level within firms or those working independently, that have a working knowledge of turnaround and transformation. It is suitable for individuals working in the fields of restructuring, turnaround and business support in banking, law, advisory, accounting and investment (private equity).
Why join the IFT Academy?
The course is accredited by the CPD Standards Office and attendance can contribute to recognised CPD learning hours, and each participant is certificated at the end of the course. It is led by Shaun O’Callaghan, IFT Fellow and UK Head of Restructuring and Debt Advisory at Grant Thornton, and in conjunction with Andrew Dixon, an experienced independent IFT Member.
