I am an experienced turnaround and transformation executive. I am passionate about helping mid-sized businesses to become high-performing organisations, with clarity of purpose, where everything works smoothly, and where people can grow.

I have worked over more than two decades at transforming businesses and improving their performance, predominantly with mid-cap companies where I helped executive teams to develop and implement turnaround/ transformation plans either focusing on right-sizing the operation or improving sales effectiveness.  I often take a role of transformation officer, working with CEOs and equity owners to boost business performance and make it stronger on its existing foundations.

I have a strong track record with B2B clients, and in telecoms, manufacturing and transportation.
