Vishal has 15 years of finance experience as a Group Treasurer in manufacturing and trading setups ranging from mid to large caps. He has a strong track record of cash flow management, supply chain/working capital management, EBITDA maximisation, setting up finance functions, MIS and business processes. In his previous roles he has supported large scale debt and equity raising of various types and was managing a large debt portfolio. He has successfully managed complex restructuring situations involving multiple stakeholders and stressed cash flow profiles.
