Vernon Dennis, Head of Business Advisory at Howard Kennedy, has 30+ years of experience in designing and implementing financial recovery and restructuring plans for business clients. He is known for his technical expertise and for making the complex simple. His interest in business transformation has led him into ESG impact analysis, strategy and implementation. Vernon is a Fellow of R3 and author of several books including the Law Society’s Insolvency Law Handbook (now in its 4^th edition).
