Tom Lukic

Tom Lukic – IFT Accredited Member 

Tom is a chartered accountant and partner in the Transaction Advisory Services business of Ernst & Young LLP, specialising in all aspects of corporate restructuring and turnaround. He has worked in the restructuring arena since 1994, joining Ernst & Young LLP in 2002 following the merger with Andersen’s UK corporate restructuring practice. 

Tom is an experienced restructuring practitioner having advised on and led a number of restructuring assignments across the range from small SME businesses to larger listed and international groups. This includes financial restructurings, refinancings, turnaround and managed exit assignments, both UK as well as international. Typically involving critical analysis of underlying business and financial performance as well as stakeholder management. He has worked on a variety of restructuring assignments where the stakeholders include a defined benefit pension scheme and also works with a number of corporates in helping them manage their supply chain risk. 

He has worked across a wide variety of sectors, with more extensive experience in aerospace & defence, automotive, wider industrial products and manufacturing, hospitality & leisure, logistics & distribution, property and construction.
