Steven Brown

Steven Brown – IFT Accredited Member 

Steven Brown is a specialist Real Estate restructuring and turnaround executive with over 10 years’ experience. He has been a CFO of companies with debt of up to £600m, and performed Independent Business Reviews for banks whilst at Grant Thornton in the early 90’s.

Whilst at Grant Thornton, he was involved in the £1.2 billion restructuring of Queens Moat Houses and other multi-banked listed companies. 

Steven has 5 years’ international banking experience as a Vice President at Citibank/Salomon Brothers – initially in a risk review role, but mainly arranging a total of $20 billion of European Syndicated Loans, including LBO and cross-border M&A financings.
