Steve Swayne – IFT Fellow

Steve Swayne is Managing Director of Kingsgate, providing turnaround including significant dealings with Mergers and Acquisitions. 

He is an established company doctor with particular experience in complex, large and difficult turnarounds, invariably involving merger and acquisition work. He has developed a very successful turnaround track record at CEO/MD level in both listed companies, privately owned enterprises and the public sector. 

His extensive restructuring experience ranges from pan-European multi-site operations to significant public sector involvement, both in the NHS and local government. 

He is also Chairman of Dearden Interim - a successful recruitment business.

Steve holds a BA and an MBA and is a member of the Institute of Directors.
