Steve Rutherford – IFT Associate 

Steve has over 30 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, with the latter years of his career engaged in Interim Management. He specialises in senior engagements, usually with a focus on Turnaround and/or Transformation. He has conducted several assignments where either the client or interim manager has been an IFT member, and places great store on IFT membership tending to go to members first when he is looking for solutions to a client’s turnaround situation.

COO – Closure and international relocation of a manufacturing facility on behalf of US engineering group.

Chief Transformation Officer – Group wide transformation of stressed European construction business.

Operations Director – Turnaround of failing renewable energy facility on behalf of London PE fund.

CFO – Turnaround of listed manufacturer incorporating refinance, restructure and negotiation with pension scheme.

CEO – Rationalisation, relocation and turnaround of Eastern European packaging business on behalf of London PE fund.

Site Director – Operational turnaround of modular housing business on behalf of international owner.

CFO – Turnaround, via rationalisation and refinancing, of specialist construction business.
