I am a freelance consultant, specialising in the charity/not-for-profit sector. I am a specialist in charity mergers and acquisitions, which were the focus of my final dissertation for my Bayes Business School MSc (with distinction) Charity Accounting and Financial Management. I am also available to provide interim CEO cover in distressed charities.
