Simon Wombwell – IFT Accredited Member 

Simon is an experienced NHS executive director specialising in transformation and turnaround. He has led the delivery and development of financial recovery programmes, cost reduction programmes, service change, transformation and turnaround plans in a number of NHS Trusts.

Simon's background is CFO/Finance Director, with over 25 years’ experience in the NHS, including a period working for KPMG Consulting. This led to the establishment of Cotlake Limited in 2013 to meet the needs of NHS boards, and companies engaged in healthcare, to support service and/or financial restructuring, turnaround and transformation as well as advisory services in working with the NHS.
