Simon Jones is a turnaround professional and operator with extensive expertise in financial & corporate restructuring for organisations of all sizes. A specialist in financial recovery, mergers & acquisitions and on/offshoring he is often brought in by Private Equity or a third party to work directly with stakeholders to tackle financial challenges or reinvigorate a stalled business.

As a trusted advisor, Simon is a safe pair of hands and ‘gets stuck in’. An energetic and natural leader with over 25 years’ experience in public and private sector organisations he has worked across a range of industries as an Interim Manager in CFO, CEO and CRO roles. Experienced in facing challenges head on to quickly assimilate and implement feasible, achievable business plans has made Simon a strong negotiator who does not shy from conflict and enjoys working with people to find equitable solutions to make change happen.

As a qualified Chartered Accountant, Harvard Business School Alumni, member of the Institute for Turnaround and PwC Turnaround panel, Simon is also a professional PRINCE2™ project manager. Highly experienced in raising finance and managing cash, Simon is often asked to liaise with lending banks, negotiating deals to ensure their survival.
