Sandy Duncan

Sandy Duncan – IFT Accredited Member 

Sandy Duncan is a Senior Managing Director in Teneo’s Value+ team in London, specializing in providing advice to companies undergoing a turnaround or transformation. He is also the chair of the IFT’s London & South-East committee. He has over 20 years of experience providing hands-on support for executive management teams to deliver performance improvement processes. This includes the planning and implementation of financial and operational transformations, commercial diagnostics, short term cash flow management and business/turnaround planning, including carve-outs and wind-downs.

Whilst Sandy has a broad range of experience across multiple sectors, he leads the team’s Automotive sector group and has presented on the subject to external bodies such as the SMMT and Institute for Turnaround.

Previously at Deloitte, Sandy was a Partner in the Value Creation Services team. He also spent 2 years as Chief of Staff for the Deloitte Global Financial Advisory business in an operational role with varied responsibilities across strategy development, M&A support across acquisitions and member firm combinations, project delivery, budget management, financial reporting and HR.

Sandy is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Law degree from Bristol University.
