Peter Charles – IFT Fellow 

Peter Charles is Director of Peter Charles Limited (PCL) and has twenty years experience in business turnaround and transformation. 

Peter’s specialties include fixing broken finance or shared services departments, especially in the context of underperforming companies, where change (personnel, projects etc.) have disrupted performance, and/or in the wake of acquisitions, mergers, expansions or periods of rapid growth. 

In Peter’s own words: “time and time again I rediscover that the first and most crucial factor in any difficult business situation is to get useful numbers early enough to tell everyone concerned which problem to solve and which problem to solve first.”

Prior to Peter Charles Limited, Peter held various finance roles at Guinness Ltd (Diageo).
