Paul has been a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting since 2007 and was one of the three founders of its European Corporate Finance practice.  Prior to joining FTI, Paul was a partner at Ernst & Young LLP and before that at Andersen, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Paul has over 25 years of restructuring experience in both the public and private sectors , advising creditors, investors and corporates in a number of complex assignments across a broad range of industries and geographies.  In the last few years this has included advisory assignments in the  Aerospace, Food, Printing, Healthcare, Construction, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Hospitality & Leisure, Professional Services, Real Estate and Pharma spaces, many of which have had European and North American footprints.

Paul’s experience includes strategic, operational and financial assessments, crisis management and stabilisation, complex stakeholder options analysis, financial restructuring and/or refinancing and multi-tiered stakeholder management.
