Sponsored through Bath MBA by TI Group, 15 years Managing Director of aerospace businesses up to £250m for Dowty Aerospace, TI Group Plc and Smiths Group Plc. 15 years in turnaround working with banks and Private Equity.

Business turnaround and ‘strategic renewal’ with strong financial analysis and cash control skills. Qualified in engineering with wide knowledge of machine tools and efficient manufacturing methods. Experienced with large heavily unionised workforces. Wide experience of manufacturing in and selling to Europe, Middle East, Africa, India, China, USA, South America and Asia Pacific. With an agricultural background and my own farm, a hands-on knowledge of farming methods and the challenges the industry faces in the next 12 months.
