Nigel Dolby is the founder of Clarity Business Partners which focuses on the turnaround and transformation of small and medium sized business in the manufacturing and distribution sectors.

Nigel has worked on a wide range of turnaround and change management projects including several family owned businesses. He likes to get involved and has a very hands on approach. His experience includes running companywide projects and initiatives both in the UK and internationally, involving acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, restructuring, refinancing, change management, large scale IT project implementations, system enhancements and operational improvements. A common need is to overhaul the financial reporting to give the business clarity on how they are operating.

Nigel qualified as a Chartered Accountant and worked closely with a diverse client portfolio of growing, as well as financially challenged companies. He moved into industry to gain financial and operational experience with FTSE 100 listed company, family, corporate and private equity owners of businesses in the manufacturing, distribution, food, engineering, technology and electronics sectors.
