Nick Callaghan – IFT Accredited Member 

Nick is a Transformation and Turnaround Director.   He acts as CRO, mentor and advisor, addressing operational and performance improvement, turnaround plans, detailed cash management and debt restructuring.  He is an experienced CEO/MD with strong operational credentials, sales and marketing trained and a high level of financial understanding.   Nick gained his turnaround experience leading a number of mid-sized businesses through crisis management, acquisition, post-merger integration and disposal.  His experience has spread across the UK and Asia, with US and European owned businesses. 

Nick is adept at energising management teams under a common purpose and creating effective change environments.  Over the last 10 years his experience has widened with recent assignments in the following sectors health and social care, insurance, contracting, manufacturing, food and beverage, haulage & transport, heavy engineering, holiday tour operation, logistics, packaging, private hire and coach travel, print and mail distribution, retail and TMT.
