Primarily offering asset management and turnaround solutions for stakeholders, generally as a result of bank led or accountancy firm introductions. Offering services across all disciplines including Operations, Sales & Marketing, Revenue & Rate Management, HR, Purchasing, Financial and Statutory Control. Projects may range from production of sector specific IBR’s, business planning, profit improvement planning to full hotel management services.
