Mike McGill is a Commercial Finance Director / Chief Restructuring Officer with deep experience across multiple sectors including metals, retail, property and leisure.  He has significant transactional history through acquisitions, disposals and restructuring ranging in size from £5m to £1bn. Mike has a hands-on problem solving approach and a successful track record in the of development and implementation of strategic change and turnaround plans.  He has a strong knowledge base across areas from banking to employment to defined benefit pensions together with proven ability to lead and manage a team to resolve a wide variety of problems, issues and challenges to the mutual benefit of all stakeholders.  Importantly, Mike’s experience in challenging private and public situations demonstrates the credibility and integrity to operate at the most senior level.
