Michelle Hodgkinson – IFT Specialist 

Michelle is a highly skilled HR and OD practitioner and coach with substantial experience at a senior level in the NHS as well as consultancy experience of providing services to clients. Michelle joined Dearden HR in March 2021 after spending most of her career in the NHS, latterly as Director of Organisational Development in a Specialist Trust. However, she also led an innovative HR advisory service for a national legal firm whose clients included the NHS as well as local authorities and charities.

Michelle has extensive expertise in both people operations roles and OD/Education roles. Her breadth of experience gives credibility with Boards, CEOs and NEDs. She has delivered on many large-scale projects that have delivered tangible outcomes for both staff and customer/patient experience.
