Mike Mattok – IFT Accredited Member 

 Mike specialises in providing hands-on management and advice for VC, PLC and family-owned entrepreneurial businesses with turnover ranging from £1m to £125m. Mike relentlessly focusses on transforming businesses to make them more profitable, more cash generative and multiply their capital value for the benefit of their shareholders and other stakeholders. His main role is CRO but he is comfortable in a variety of roles – CEO, Finance Director, Operations Director and even on occasion Production Director.

He addresses all the elements of company under performance in a series of co-ordinated improvement initiatives encompassing strategy, sales, marketing, production operations and finance and works at a ferocious pace. 

Over 20 years, Mike has helped over seventy companies across several sectors and industries.

Mike is also a member of the Institute Of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Chartered Institute for Taxation and the Association of Business Recovery Professionals.
