Significant experience of high profile and sensitive engagements requiring the management of diverse stakeholders with differing objectives to deliver both solvent and insolvent restructurings. A highly developed knowledge of a number of regulated sectors including: education (HE, FE, schools); charities, shipping, nursing homes and construction. Known for an empathetic approach and an ability to assimilate complex information and communicate advice clearly.

• Appointed the first ever Joint Education Administrator of a Further Education College (Hadlow College) under the Technical & Further Education Act 2017. Working closely with the college Senior Management Team, ESFA, Further Education Commissioner and numerous local stakeholders successfully implemented a stabilisation and transfer scheme to new providers. 

• Lead adviser to HCT Group (income of ££80m), a registered charity providing transport services (including SEN transport) across the UK and Channel Islands. 

• Lead Adviser to GSM (London) Ltd, the UK's largest 'for profit' private equity owned Higher Education Institution. Working with multiple Government departments and agencies (DfE, OfS, SLC, UCAS, OIA) and its validation partner, led the implementation of a student-centred restructuring that saw all students registering (3,500) an interest in continuation of studies to transfer to one of 43 providers.
