Mary Frawley – IFT Accredited Member 

Mary is an experienced turnaround and strategic change management professional.  She is an FCCA qualified accountant and senior business analyst with over 20 years of wide-ranging experience across businesses from fledging start-ups to large multinationals, private equity and public sector bodies.   She has a sensitive appreciation of the needs of all stakeholders and a calm and controlled approach to solving practical problems.

Mary’s key strength comes from her wide-range of transformation delivery experience which has enabled her to develop a broad skill-base focused on fixing problems and smart communication.   This broad skill-base allows Mary to identify and apply pragmatic solutions to complex issues while successfully managing the associated risks.  Mary has a strong operational focus and has held consultancy and interim roles which have ranged from Project Manager through to Executive Director level while effecting business turnarounds and change management.  

Mary is often engaged as a trouble-shooter and turnaround consultant to restructure and realign divergent business areas so that the root issues are successfully and sustainably resolved.   She also receives requests to conduct remediation on business transformation projects that have gone off-track.
