Mark Gammage – IFT Specialist
Mark is Managing Director of Dearden HR. With over twenty years of management consultancy experience, Mark has successfully led and managed consultancy projects and work at individual, team, Trust, sector wide and national level.
Mark combines his role as Managing Director of Dearden HR with providing consultancy support. He has a considerable experience in facilitating organisational development strategy and supporting implementation. This includes being a catalyst for culture change, creating values and behaviour frameworks for large organisations through co-production and leading culture change programmes including people before process and just and restorative culture.
Mark has particular expertise in managing people through organisational change having worked in the NHS as a substantive or interim Director of HR in fourteen different organisations, and focuses his consultancy in the area of organisational and personal development. Mark has also worked as a Chief Operating Officer in a large London Teaching Hospital. He has coached over 100 executive and senior clinicians, having coached for national health care bodies in Northern Ireland, England and Wales, and chaired the expert panel appointing the Director of HR to the Northern Ireland Civil Service.
Mark has an MBA from Henley Management College and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (distinction). He has an Advanced Diploma in Management Consultancy and a Certificate in Advanced Professional Practice in Senior Executive Coaching and Mentoring. Mark is an MBTI Step one and Step two accredited practitioner.
