Mark has worked for his own consultancy business for nearly 23 years.

A high-achieving, adaptable, Transformation Leader, with a proven track record of turnaround and change management across a diverse range of businesses, leading to performance improvement, profit growth and increased shareholder value.

With a background as a Chartered Engineer and CIMA Accountant, extensive experience has been built up over 35 years, in blue chip, private organisations and with PE clients.

Clients have included Roberts Bakery, RHM/Premier Foods, Fox’s Biscuits/2 Sisters, Golden Wonder, Mizkan, KP Snacks, Twinings, and Royal Mail. Co-manufacturing clients have included Proctor and Gamble, Premier Foods and PepsiCo.

Extensive assignments have ranged from board level positions, both MD and Operations/Supply Chain Director, to Site Director/General Manager. Results have been delivered in both branded and own label businesses, those with complex operations, and markets including ambient, chilled and frozen, fast-moving consumer goods. 

An experienced and accredited coach and mentor, with recent experience ranging from developing executives in a mid-sized SMEs, to assisting with developing a business strategy in a small owner-run niche food business.
