A strong track record in formulating, advising, and executing strategic initiatives, leading high-impact performance improvements, business transformations, and turnarounds across diverse, multicultural environments globally.
With hands-on experience in five continents, Europe, Africa, Asia, Oceania, and North America, have successfully engaged with organisations of all sizes, from startups to multinational corporations. Work spans various industries, with a particular focus on growth, mergers, acquisitions, and international expansion. Expertise extends to Private Equity (PE) and Venture Capital (VC) type environments, where strategy execution and value creation are paramount.
Among my key achievements, I have played an instrumental role in the leadership teams of three highly successful exits: two Private Equity events and one stock exchange listing. Have orchestrated dramatic business transformations, turning loss-making organisations into profitable enterprises, with others achieving substantial growth. Have also led the restructuring of businesses on behalf of major banks. These efforts have not only salvaged distressed organisations but also generated substantial value.
