Mahnvir is a lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in turnarounds, restructuring and insolvency involving SMEs and large corporates, predominantly in the London market. As well as providing support and advice to boards of directors of companies in distress, he has extensive experience of working alongside turnaround professionals and acting for a broad range of financial creditors. Mahnvir has experience of advising clients in the oil and gas, retail, automotive, real estate, commodities, construction, infrastructure and financial services sectors.
