Liam has 15 years of experience providing restructuring, turnaround and financial solutions to a wide range of stakeholders in stressed and distressed situations across EMEA. Liam specializes in leading management teams and companies through transformation and restructuring situations with a particular focus on:

Liam has completed more than 50 assignments for clients in the UK, Europe and the Asia Pacific region across a broad spectrum of industries, including business services, retail and fast-moving consumer goods (“FMCG”), travel, construction, oil and gas, manufacturing and distribution. Liam takes a hands-on / highly proactive approach to work and build value with a diverse range of stakeholders including corporate management teams, shareholders / private equity, investment banks, lenders and legal advisors.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Liam worked in the Restructuring / Deals team at PwC and has also held interim transformation and management roles assisting FTSE100 and other large organisations within the UK. 

Liam is a Chartered Accountant and has been admitted as a Solicitor to the High Court of New Zealand.

Liam holds degrees in Law and Commerce from the University of Auckland.
