Kim Curry

Kim Curry – IFT Accredited Member

Kim is a management consultant with over 20 years working in the NHS and local government.  She has a wealth of experience gained in the public sector, including Deputy Chief Executive, Director of Adult Services roles and VSM roles leading on large and complex transformation and turnaround projects. She has worked nationally for the Department of Health and Social Care and with the Department for Levelling Up.

Kim is retained visiting professor at the University of Falmouth, a published article author and has been the independent chair of the Diocese of London Safeguarding Board. Kim is nationally renowned for delivering transformation, turnaround, cost improvement and integration across systems. She is an engaging leader of new, cooperative and successful partnerships, demonstrable and evidenced delivery, engagement, a strategic thinker, with skills in transformation programme development, performance and financial improvement, strategy and planning and contracting and commissioning. She has highly developed stakeholder management skills coupled with strong political acumen and thorough technical competence.
