Julian Cooper – IFT Fellow 

Julian is an experienced Director and Board Adviser. He has held numerous positions as CEO, Chairman, CRO, and Board Adviser. 

He is one of the UK's leading turnaround executives, was awarded the UK Turnaround Practitioner of the Year in 2012 (Insolvency Rescue Awards), and several of his projects have won other awards. His work at Dyson Group has resulted in one of the most successful mid-market turnarounds ever achieved in the UK. 

He is one of the most highly qualified restructuring professionals working in the UK and is a frequent public speaker on turnaround management. His qualifications include:

*Former Partner Arthur Andersen Global Restructuring,

*Member, Institute for Turnaround, 

*Chartered Accountant (ICAEW), 

*Insolvency Practitioner (JIEB qualified but does not take appointments), 

*MBA, IMD International, Switzerland,

*MA, University of Oxford (Chemistry).

Julian has very significant international experience and has worked in the UK, Europe, US, the Gulf, and Asia.
