Jon Slatkin

Jon Slatkin – IFT Accredited Member 

Jon is a Partner in EY-Parthenon's Turnaround & Restructuring Services practice who brings more than 25 years of executive and advisory experience to help clients in need of urgent, complex and business critical change. He frequently advises boards of large multi-national organisations and operates hands-on with their executive management teams to lead fundamental business performance turnarounds and accelerated transformations. He brings a unique background as a former CEO, boutique advisor (spent formative years at AlixPartners in the US and Europe), and as a Big-4 Partner (at both KPMG and EY). 

While his expertise is situational (i.e. sector agnostic), he now spends the majority of his time advising Industrial & Energy companies including Automotive OEMs who are dealing with a challenging evolution toward electrification. His has been involved in many high profile complex operational restructurings (including Honda's recent Swindon closure), though most of his PE and Corporate-based clients remain confidential.

As CEO Jon led Titan Outdoor, a £100m+ UK outdoor advertising business, through successive turnaround before facilitating sale of the business to trade. 

While Jon is American, he has established roots in London over the past (nearly) 20 years (British wife, two teenage boys). He is an MBA, a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder and a CIRA designee.
