Jeff Holder – IFT Accredited Member 

A highly experienced interim CRO/CEO/independent Chairman and non-exec Director.  He is a professionally qualified chartered accountant (ICAEW – KPMG trained) and has operated in a range of executive, non-executive and investment roles.

Jeff has a proven track record across a wide range of sectors including waste, companion diagnostics, energy & renewables, manufacturing, support services, engineering and reprocessing, legal services, construction, housebuilding and building products, fire & security, retail, financial services, building products, distribution / logistics, food, software, technology, and the pub trade.

Jeff has extensive experience of dealing with operation and financial restructuring, corporate governance, stakeholder management, M&A, fundraising and forecasting – typically operating in situations where change is required.

Jeff works closely with owner-managed businesses (many of which are family owned), professional advisors, banks, private equity investors and other stakeholders.
