Ian Johns is a long term member of the IFT and a practising certificate holder. 

Ian is an experienced interim Finance professional with over 30 interim assignments completed over the course of the past 20 years covering a wide range of sectors. A long term member of the Institute for Turnaround, with particular strengths and skills in situations requiring (a) cash / working capital / Balance Sheet Management attention (b) Finance Team restructuring and mentoring and (c) Executive Team Financial and Strategic input. Demonstrable track record in delivering successful business restructuring and turnaround assignments, adding value within a short period of time and introducing lasting change management solutions to businesses.
