I have been working alongside business owners and management teams for over 20 years, often in extremely difficult circumstances. 

By working with management teams to understand their business and their immediate issues, I provide support and advice to management, helping them to determine their most pressing challenges, and liaising with stakeholders, often providing much needed breathing space for the client.

I have extensive experience acting for owner-managed businesses, as well as on behalf of asset-based lenders, private equity investors, corporates and statutory funds, providing advice on their options in different scenarios. 

My sector experience covers retail, construction, energy and natural resources, professional services, manufacturing, real estate, leisure and hospitality, TMT and logistics.
