Hatti Burge

Hatti is an Associate Solicitor at TLT LLP’s Restructuring & Insolvency team.

Based in Bristol, Hatti advises on a wide range of transactions, with a focus on accelerated mergers and acquisitions, alongside contentious matters.  She is gaining experience in a wide variety of sectors and works with both UK based and international clients.  Her clients include insolvency practitioners, clearing banks and alternative finance providers, companies in financial difficulties, and the Official Receiver.
