Greg MacLeod – IFT Accredited Member 

Greg MacLeod is a founder of MPC Corporate Advisory UK Ltd (formerly MacLeod Phillips & Co) with over 30 years’ experience in corporate and financial restructuring, turnaround management, and investment in stressed/ distressed companies. 

He has led numerous restructuring and turnaround engagements on behalf of equity investors, debt providers, and corporates. In addition to his UK experience, Greg has undertaken several significant European, American, and Australian assignments. His focus is on large >Ł100m EV enterprises with complex issues.

Prior to founding MPC, he began his career at Arthur Andersen and subsequently led the turnaround of The European Media Group where he was CEO.

 He was honoured to receive the IFT 2016 Turnaround Professional of the Year award.
