David Porter

David Porter – IFT Accredited Member 

David Porter is a Partner with PA Consulting. He works alongside top company executives to define and deliver strategic change in healthy, mature and distressed companies. 

He has led company turnarounds in Europe, India, China and Australia.  

His background includes consulting with the Big 4, Director of Strategy and Change at a consumer goods multi-national and executive-level P&L responsibility in industry. 

David’s experience includes the successful turnaround and re-financing of a £350M oil and gas multi-national organisation and acting as COO in the turnaround and sale of a weather technology business owned by General Atlantic.
