Dan is a partner in the RSM UK restructuring advisory team . He is a highly qualified financial restructuring adviser and insolvency practitioner with over 25 years’ experience. His recent focus has been on advising trustees and corporate clients on defined benefit pension schemes.

Dan has a broad range of experience leading teams advising large groups, mid-market companies, trustees, lenders, private equity, and other stakeholders on restructuring, insolvency and special situations mandates across multiple sectors including real estate, automotive, telecoms, support services and manufacturing.

Most recently, Dan has advised on defined benefit pension schemes in relation to merger and acquisition situations and stressed and distressed scenarios where there are major working capital issues and risks to the survival of the company.
