Chris is a highly experienced partner who leads the Yorkshire and North East restructuring and debt advisory practice at Grant Thornton UK LLP.  

For over 25 years, Chris has been advising management teams and stakeholders on a variety of turnaround situations, debt restructurings, Accelerated Mergers & Acquisitions, cashflow optimisation and options reviews.

Chris has a particular focus on mid market businesses, often sponsor backed.   Sector experience is broad and includes Industrials and Manufacturing, Leisure and Hospitality, Education and Food & Beverage.  

He is also a licenced insolvency practitioner and long suffering Newcastle United fan.
