With twenty-six years’ experience in structured and project finance and thirteen years’ experience restructuring and turning around distressed limited recourse companies, Charles has restructuring and turnaround experience across healthcare, social housing, highways, education, police, fire & rescue, waste to energy and biomass projects.  He typically acts for investors or senior lenders, either as an interim director or interim CEO.
