I take pressure off boards ensuring compliance of their Directors' Duties. I manage relationships between multiple stakeholders such as banks, debt funds, boards, directors, executives, shareholders, pension trustees and shop floor employees. I am their eyes and ears whilst delivering recovery with them and on their behalf. I have a sixth sense of inquiry that finds a path through complicated landscapes. Everything I do is values based, and it's done with compassion.
