Andrew is a Partner in the Bristol office of FRP Advisory LLP and has over 30 years' experience of advising corporates experiencing change and/or distress, as well as their stakeholders, typically major clearing banks, asset based lenders and PE across a range of industry sectors. He has extensive experience in debt advisory and AMA activity. When advising corporates directly, the focus has invariably been on cash management, cost reduction, and performance improvement. He has led many successful mid-market turnaround assignments across a range of sectors. Andrew cites his project management skills, working collaboratively with stakeholders and the wider turnaround executive community as being key to his success.
