Experienced international interim manager/director having completed 50+ assignments and delivered in 17 countries with multiple assignments in Denmark, Germany, China and the UK. Assignments have often been cross border and multidisciplinary (technical, commercial, operational).

Most interim assignments have been in the industrial sector or in businesses underpinned by engineering and  science covering many markets: energy, renewables, defence, marine and offshore, materials handling, automation, construction, plastics, precision engineering, automotive, aerospace, medical systems, telecoms, etc.

Enagements have ranged from multi disciplinary lead resolving specific complex situations, through functional head to general and proejct managment with entity P and L responsibility. Outputs can be stability, delivering expectation and recovery to closure/completion. Turn arounds have recovered whole busineses, operational units and capital projects. Business development assignments have delivered new market entry options for South Korea, Brazil and Spain. Process/product transfer assignments have included Australia, China and Germany. Business relocations have included UK/UK and cross border (Germany/UK). .

80%+ of assignments have come by recommendation or further delivery with the same corporate groups. Clients include near start ups, subsidiaries of UK and European listed companies, VC/PE funded entities, Mittelstands, Chinese companies and independent businesses.
