LUNCHTIME LEARNING WEBINAR – The first CIGA Moratoria

Written by Claire Lewis on July 22, 2022

In this lunchtime learning session, Paul Keddie of Macfarlanes LLP and Benji Dymant of Teneo will discuss the use of the moratorium process introduced by the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020. They will give ‘insight’ into the processes gained from their experience working on the moratorium used by the Corbin & King restaurant group earlier this year, which was the first and currently only example of the process being considered by the Court.

The session will be followed by a Q&A chaired by Amy Walker of Macfarlanes LLP.

This webinar will be over Zoom. Please email info@the-ift.com to register your interest.
