Insights and reports
Our next lunchtime session will focus on making the most out of teamwork, led by Susan Blum, IFT Associate, followed by a Q&A chaired by Lizzy Wood of Shoosmiths.
Susan has 30 years’ experience working as a management consultant with organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors, specialising in managing organisational change and culture. She is also an accredited Team and Individual Coach and a Workplace and Civil Mediator. Susan worked as a management consultant for Big 4 Firms before setting up her own company in 2018 to provide services in three areas: Coaching teams and individuals, workplace and civil mediation and supporting organisations needing to change their culture for more effective performance.
Susan’s session will offer insights into team roles, how teams develop, different personal styles, communication, stakeholder engagement and effective measurement with the intention that an understanding of these areas can dramatically increase the effectiveness of teamwork.
This webinar will take place on Zoom between 12:15-13:00. Please email info@the-ift.com to register your interest.
